About us

Al-Barrak Group entered the field of glass manufacturing in 2005 AD by establishing its first factory in the industrial city of Al-Ahsa, to be a pioneering start in processing and shaping glass of all kinds, including: tempering glass, engraving, drilling, polishing, rinsing, sandblasting, and double glazing according to the highest technical standards and customer needs.
As part of its expansion plan, the group established its second factory in Riyadh in 2007, which represented a qualitative leap in the company’s journey, as advanced production lines were added for the first time to produce curved glass and double insulated glass used in the glass facades of buildings. This was followed by the opening of the third factory in the Qassim region in 2008 to serve the northern regions of the Kingdom, and then the fourth factory in Khamis Mushait.
The group's factories include state-of-the-art machinery and equipment from leading global companies in this field, such as Botero (Italy), Laisk (Austria), Paviloni (Italy), and North Glass (China), with the application of comprehensive electronic inspection systems to ensure the highest levels of quality in all stages of production.
As part of the production capacity development, two new furnaces were installed at the Al-Ahsa and Al-Qassim plants during 2020 and 2021. Specialized production lines for high-security flat, curved, and bulletproof glass were also added at the Riyadh plant in 2019. In order to comply with international quality standards, the company obtained the US-accredited ballistic testing services certificate. This has strengthened its position as a trusted partner for major contracting companies, engineering firms, and interior designers in the Kingdom.
As part of the group's future vision, construction began in 2022 on the sixth and seventh factories in the Al-Jawf and Al-Baha regions, respectively, with operations commencing in early 2025. The Al-Baha factory was inaugurated on September 17, 2025, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, at a cost exceeding 12 million Riyals. The Al-Jawf factory was also inaugurated at a cost exceeding 10 million Riyals .
The group also launched the Barak Glass Factory in Dammam Industrial City (Al-Dallah) at the end of 2025, at a cost exceeding 4.5 million Riyals, thus completing the spread of the group’s factories in various regions of the Kingdom.
